The Best Healthy Roasted Brussels Sprouts Dish (Like, Restaurant Quality)

Best Restaurant-Style Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, destemmed and sliced in half
- 4 tablespoons avocado oil
- 5 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- cayenne pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Optional: 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Optional: your favorite add-ins such as cooked bacon, goat’s cheese, toasted walnuts, etc.
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425F.
In a large cast-iron pan, heat the avocado oil over medium-high heat and place the Brussels in the pan, cut side down. Add your seasonings and cook until golden brown, about 5 mins.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 10 minutes or until nice and crispy.
Remove from the oven, and drizzle over the balsamic vinegar and maple syrup, if you are using it.
