Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minved
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 15-ounce cans garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 4 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 English cucumber, diced
  • 2 yellow bell peppers, diced
  • 1 bunch parsley, diced
  • 4 ounces organic feta cheese, crumbled, optional

Instructions
