AIM Your Way to a Stronger Immune System (and Easier Fat Loss)

Remember, SHMEC stands for Sleep, Hunger, Mood, Energy and Cravings. If one of these biofeedback sensations is “out of whack,” then you’ll know… your SHMEC is NOT in check. And your metabolism is not fueling your immune system as effectively as it could.
Don’t worry — your metabolism is designed to adapt quickly. It’s especially sensitive to what you EAT.
