Asian Chopped Salad

Ingredients
Dressing ¼ cup almond butter, melted 3 tablespoons coconut aminos 1 tablespoon sesame oil 2 tablespoons honey 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tablespoon rice vinegar Salad 3 cups slaw mix 4 scallions, sliced ¼ cup almonds, slivered ¼ cup cilantro, fresh, chopped ½ cup orange slices, chopped 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded ½ teaspoon onion powder ½ teaspoon garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Place all dressing ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Set aside.
In a large salad bowl, mix all salad ingredients together. Pour dressing over the top and toss to combine.
