5 Easy Ways to Measure the Strength (or Weakness) of Your Immune System

Hey what’s up, it’s Dr. Jade Teta here.
After personally helping over 10,000 people “troubleshoot” their metabolism, I’ve heard this more than once:
“I just wish I knew what was going ON in there!”
I get it — being the owner of a human body can be really confusing. (Even the professionals don’t have all the answers!)
The good news is, your metabolism is talking to you all the time, in a “language” called biofeedback.
(Remember, your metabolism is the power center of your body. It creates the energy that FUELS your immune system. Without that fuel, your immune system can’t defend you from infectious microbes as well.)
So…
· If you can’t sleep? That’s a message from your metabolism… something’s not right. And your immune system may be at risk.
· If you have uncontrollable hunger or crazy cravings for bread or sweets? That’s a signal your metabolism isn’t getting enough energy… and your body may not be able to defend itself as well.
· If your energy is inexplicably low… or your mood feels unpredictable? Something is definitely up!
Don’t worry — the first step to the puzzle is to learn to “speak metabolism,” so you can interpret what your body is telling you.
Thankfully, it’s a LOT easier to learn than any foreign language.
