DIY Pizza Night

DIY Pizza Night
Servings: 4 Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 45 minutes Total Time: 1 hour
Ingredients
1 ½ lbs. cauliflower rice, frozen and thawed 3 tablespoons flax meal ½ cup almond flour ½ teaspoon sea salt ½ teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon dried oregano Toppings of choice: organic tomato sauce, alfredo sauce, pesto, roasted vegetables, black olives, artichokes, cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, sausage, pepperoni, etc. Get creative!
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Squeeze out all the liquid from the cauliflower rice by straining it through a dish towel. You want the cauliflower to be as dry as possible.
In a large bowl, add cauliflower, flax meal, almond flour, salt, garlic, and oregano. Stir to combine.
Press the dough into the baking sheet until thin and flat. Bake for 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare your toppings! After 45 minutes, remove the crust from the oven, add your toppings and return to the oven for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
Staple Subs
Can sub flax meal for ground chia seeds. Have fun with the toppings!
