These lunches can be whipped together in minimal time and are great for on-the-go. Bella includes options for keto, paleo, metabolic, and even vegetarian dietary needs.
Monday: Tex-Mex
- Bell pepper and cauliflower rice stir fry
- Protein source of choice– organic chicken meatballs
- Guacamole
- Salsa
Tuesday: “Coffee Shop” Protein Pack
- Boiled eggs
- Cucumber slices
- Berries
- Almond butter
- Almond flour crackers
Wednesday: Brunch
- Boiled eggs
- Pasture-raised bacon
- Greek yogurt, or dairy-free yogurt
- Homemade granola bar (recipe coming to the ML YouTube this Friday!)
- Berries
Thursday: SUPERFOOD Salad
- Sardine salad
- Romaine lettuce
- Almond flour crackers
- Walnuts
Friday: Asian Bento Box
- Protein source of choice (chicken meatballs)
- Cauliflower rice and stir fry veggies
- Lupini beans
- Tahini dipping sauce.
