No Ice Cream Maker Healthy Low Carb Ice Cream Using Only THREE Ingredients!
This HEALTHY and EASY ice cream is made with just THREE ingredients and you don’t even need an ice cream maker to whip it up- just a bowl! It is low-carb, high protein, and has no added sugars or lactose. You’ll be eating this simple homemade ice cream all Summer!
INGREDIENTS:
1 can full-fat coconut milk
3-4 scoops Metabolic Super Protein- Chocolate
1 cup stevia-sweetened chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Pour into a glass Tupperware, secure with a lid, and place in the freezer. Every 30-minutes, remove the ice cream from the freezer and stir until ready to enjoy!
