Pecan Pie Protein Smoothie
Pecan pie isn’t just for holidays any more! This smoothie has all that decadent pecan pie flavor with none of the sugar-carb overload. Pecans are full of healthy fat, and cashew butter is too — plus it adds a really wonderful creaminess to this shake. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ice cubes, or as many as preferred
- 2 tablespoons pecans
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 scoop Metabolic Super Protein – Vanilla
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon cashew butter
Instructions
1) Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a glass and enjoy immediately.
