Diet and exercise are NOT the most important ways to get fit and healthy.
What’s up? It’s Dr. Jade Teta here… and I love seeing people’s reactions when I bust this widespread metabolic myth.
I’m not saying nutrition and exercise aren’t important. They certainly are.
They just get way too much attention… and they tend to drown out the OTHER two lifestyle factors that science shows are MORE impactful on your immune system (and your waistline).
You need all four lifestyle factors — what I call the 4 M’s of Metabolism — to create a strong, flexible metabolism that can supercharge your immune system.
Thankfully, the two other M’s most people miss out on are both simple and enjoyable. (Much more enjoyable than yo-yo dieting and pounding down the treadmill, that’s for sure!)
